      In 2018, Golden Homes completed Amberley Gardens, 50 freestanding and terraced townhouses situated in a prime Silverstream location.  More recently they built the 51 homes in Stage 5 for Wallaceville Estate Developments which experienced strong demand. In July 2019 they will start construction on Stage 7b. These will be a combination of terraced, duplex and freestanding homes to suit a variety of family configurations.
