We now have titles for Stage 7! Construction has begun and before we know it we will have our new home owners moving into this fantastic community.
The Crescent running around stage 5 will be known as Te Kaeaea Crescent. the street numbers can be seen in the picture. Building is well underway and the handover of the first homes will commence in the next couple of weeks.
A great run of weather has allowed our key contractors to begin breaking ground on stage 7. Already the builders have selected the sites they will be offering as “Design and Build” or “New Homes”. We expect titles to be issued in the middle of 2019; not a moment too soon with the pent up […]
